Our mission

Hope Founding Team.png

Hope founding team, left to right:

Alex Gibson-Massey, Eija-Leena Koponen & Sam Gibson-Massey

During our market research we quickly recognised that people looking for therapy aren’t the only ones struggling and frustrated, the person treating them is too.

Therapists are tired and after the pandemic the pressure has only increased.

*48%  of therapists are millennials - many of whom are leaving their profession, citing reasons including an overwhelming workload, burnout, and too much time spent on administration rather than treating patients and clients, meaning there is little opportunity to focus on quality of care.

So therapists, we want to say that we hear you. And we want to shine a light on you and the work you do and we want to make your lives easier.
